To fully improve the integrated service capabilities and task performances of administrators, and systematically promote the organizational culture integration, Integrated Department of Tianfu Group had, together with Walt University, organized the special training on “Office Administration Skills Improvement” on June 14-16. Linking Shanghai and Chengdu, this training had attracted over 40 employees from Chairman’s Offices, Administration and Brand Publicity Departments of all divisions, departments, equity participating companies.

In the core guiding philosophy of “Three-in-One, Linkage Service, Resource Integration, and Joint Development”, Tianfu Group is currently in a state of rapid development, thus fully upgrading the execution and implementation of administrators may better support the implementation of business strategy.
Such training had not only set the corporate governance, Group rules and regulations, and other systematic training, but also the news and document writing skills, wine and tea cultural tasting, and other featured courses.

In the 2.5-day training, trainees had studied in depth the office administration skills, had a new understanding on basic knowledge of investment & financing, corporate governance and relevant legal provisions, team communication, news and document writing, business etiquette, and other contents in comprehensive administration modules, and further gone over the Tianfu culture, Group rules and regulations etc., characterized by substantial contents, compact links and overwhelming response at site.
