To build and cultivate the Group’s team of financial staff with knowledge-pursuing, innovation-oriented, and a strong sense of belonging, enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of financial staff (expatriate) from all platform companies and holding subsidiaries to the Finance Department of Tianfu Group, learn by communicating, and promote progress by communication, under the care and support of Chi Cheng, President of Tianfu Group, the Finance Department organized the 1st training and team building oriented to financial staff (expatriate) on June 14, where nearly 20 financial staff from Shanghai, Chengdu, and Beijing were gathered together in Shanghai Headquarters.

This activity began with the speech on Financial Staff (expatriate) System and Product Publicity of Finance and Taxation Center by Cao Yong, Deputy Financial Controller of Tianfu Group, mainly explaining the business profiles and classic cases of all divisions within the Group, the service pattern and output products of Finance and Taxation Center, management measures on financial staff (expatriate) etc.; he further emphasized the featured intelligent output products of Finance and Taxation Center, and made clear again the reporting mechanism and debriefing requirements of financial staff (expatriate).

Moreover, in this training, we had invited Liu Jun, former Senior Director of Shanghai Municipal Department of Tax Inspection, to explain in detail various new fiscal policies, tax reform and other main points released in recent years, analyze the changes in key tax sources according to the business characteristics of each platform company, and employ intuitively classic cases to urge financial staff to increase their risk awareness.

In the afternoon, Prof. Zhang Keping from School of Economics and Management of Tongji University had brought a vivid lesson titled Management’s Cultivation - Cross-functional Communication Skills. Prof. Zhang Keping had shared his golden words, such as “The quality of communication determines the quality of life, as knowledge makes you grow, and wisdom develops you”. “Strengths allow us to do things; intelligence makes us do things right; EQ enables us to do the right things, and we shall strive to be talents with such three aspects”, from which we benefited a lot.

The one-day training course was short, yet the clear-cut theme, substantial contents, and the passionate, vivid and humorous lecturers had impressed us so much that we all rose when the training was over, with sustained applause. Those participants said they would practice what they learned, continuously improve their financial business levels, timely adjust their thinking patterns and working procedures in the future work, and be proactive to adapt to new changes in fiscal and tax policies, and meantime looking forward to the next training.
