On April 23, 2018, Tianfu Management (Group) Co., Ltd and Chengdu Staff Generalized Preferential Service Platform signed a strategic partnership agreement at Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu to assist in the "expansion" of generalized preferential services of Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions towards green farming products, finance, transportation and other sectors.
The contract-signing ceremony was attended by Chi Cheng (president of Tianfu Management (Group) Co., Ltd), Wang Dong (executive chairman of Tianfu Group and chairman of Ruifeng Group), Zhang Yusong (CPC Committee Secretary and executive vice chairman of Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions), Chen Linna (vice president of Ganzhi State Commercial and Investment Promotion Bureau) and Yin Liguo (assistant director of Sichuan Tianfu Bank). This partnership covers a couple of sectors, including farming product, transportation and finance. Tianfu Management Group will join hands with Sichuan Tianfu Bank, Sichuan Tianfu Financial Lease, Ruifeng Group, Yingming e-Commerce, Fulin Financial Lease, Yuanguangxin Insurance Brokerage and other enterprises to integrate more quality resources, cooperate with Chengdu staff generalized preferential service platform, utilize the advantages of "staff generalized preferential service" network and "Chengdu staff" APP in financial service, life service, big data application and investment-lending joint operation, promote the formation of a service mode with deep integration of online and offline services and establish a more diversified generalized preferential service system for members of the Federation of Trade Unions. The members will enjoy diversified quality services in public fund, social security inquiry, entertainment, cultural and sports, dining, living, tourism, medical and commercial sectors.

Moreover, both parties further released the brand of "On-the-cloud Farm". Tianfu Management (Group) and Chengdu Staff Generalized Preferential Service Platform will spend one to two years preferentially integrating the quality and authentic farming product resources of Ganzi, Aba, Liangshan and other parts of Sichuan to develop a worry-free, quality and cheap "table" for members of the Federation of Trade Unions. They will also support the promotion and launch of quality farming products in West Sichuan and bring convenient, quality, cheap and reliable services to staffs of members of the Federation.
