Covering an area of 43 mu, the project is located in the core area of Langzhong Municipal New District, Sichuan Province. Due to the capital chain rupture, the project ended up as abandoned construction in April 2016. It was a major livelihood project involving basic survival rights of more than 500 buyers and debt repayment of many creditors. Making use of the assistance trusteeship service, the project was formally reconstructed in December 2018 and completed on October 2020, creating good social benefits which satisfy purchasers, the government, creditors, enterprises and other interested parties.
