Through the overseas study program, Walt University builds a bridge for communication between banks and their international partners, enhances participants’ new financial vision, and improves their practical skills, innovative consciousness and professional ability. The seminar was held in three phases. Walt University led the senior management of a commercial bank to Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore for a study tour on cross-border innovation and peer study. The seminar centered on the theme of business transformation, namely to cross boundaries, break limitations, think innovatively, and achieve excellence.
