Advanced Seminar for Chinese Leaders in Finance is jointly organized by Walt University, China Banking Association and the Kennedy School of Harvard University. The participants came from policy banks, large commercial banks, Postal Savings Bank of China, national joint-stock banks, city commercial banks, provincial rural credit cooperatives, rural commercial banks and asset management companies, etc. This seminar discussed with the participants centering on the impact of globalization on the competitive environment, the challenges and opportunities facing the banking industry, the transformation and impact of global governance, the effective combination of finance and policy, talent and data strategy, China's role in the global economy, cross-border investment and Sino-US relations, which led to a new chapter in talent cultivation in the banking industry.
